I am the Society Secretary for Friends of the Earth (Birmingham) Ltd. and responsible for its governance including organising meetings, board elections and filing the accounts with the FCA. Before moving to Birmingham in 2005 I was involved in running a similar community environmental building, The Greenhouse, in Norwich. I am also a serial co-operator being a co-founder of Birmingham Film Co-op (who screen films monthly at The Warehouse), and Revolver Co-operative (a Fairtrade coffee business) and serve as Secretary of Co-operative Press and on the board of Central England Co-operative Society.
