I have been based at the Warehouse since 2009. I am a qualified solicitor and practise as an independent social worker. My independent social work practice is one of the organisations based in the building and tries to model how mainstream (as opposed to specialist environmental) organisations can nonetheless operate in an ethical and sustainable way. I am a former director of the Centre for Alternative Technology and have been a member of Birmingham Friends of the Earth’s management committee since 2010.
