Birmingham Friends of the Earth is fuelled by volunteer power! There are many different ways you can volunteer with Birmingham Friends of the Earth. Check out the volunteer roles below and/or come along to our campaign meetings which take place Monday evenings, 7:15pm till 8:45pm. You are more than welcome to join our meetings, just email info@birminghamfoe.org.uk and we will send you the details.

Why volunteer with Birmingham Friends of the Earth?

- We have a variety of roles, suiting different time commitments and interests. And there are no minimum time commitments so you can volunteer whatever time you have each week/month.
How to become a volunteer
1. Join one of our online campaign meetings or our monthly in person Big Campaigns Meeting.

3. Start your application. Complete the simple interest form and someone will be in touch for a very informal chat.
4. Come along for an in person chat or online via Zoom. This is a chance for us to get to know each other better and a great opportunity for you to find out more about the role and ask questions.
5. Getting started in your role. Throughout your volunteering journey you will be supported by fellow volunteers and the Campaigns Support Worker.
