With the success of our “Its a wrap” craft groups for alternative Christmas wrapping, Birmingham Friends of the Earth have established a new group called “Happily Ever Crafter” on the 3rd Monday of every month at 6.30pm at Birmingham Friends of the Earth’s warehouse Allison St, B5 5TH. Led by Becks, Beth and Mary, it will cover loads of different ways of making things with an eco twist.
So far we have learnt to make tetra pack/drink carton wallets and rag rugs and next month we will be making lampshades from recycled material.
